CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Any cancellations declared by our Captain due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical or electrical issues with boat, or other condition in which the Captain deems to be a company initiated cancellation: You will have option to reschedule on any available future date or receive 100% refund with no administration fees or penalties of any kind applied.

If your charter is purchased through this website, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • You may cancel or reschedule anytime up to 24 hours prior to charter start without penalty.

    If we cancel the tour due to weather, sea conditions or equipment issues your charter will be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund.

    You will NOT receive a refund if you fail to show for your activity or if canceled with less than 24 hours until the scheduled start of your activity. Feel free to contact us to confirm and assist you with coordination if needed.

    Note that If you’re running late, please call us prior to the start time. We will wait for you. It is your charter time and we are there to provide the services you paid for. However, the time lost due to a party’s late arrival is not refundable and no credit can be given.

    Although very seldom, occasionally things like equipment issues, crew sickness, reservation technical issues or other situations arise which typically would force cancellation of a scheduled charter. However, BamaBreeze Charters, LLC has established procedures and agreements with other highly rated tour operators in the area to respond. If such a situation arises, we will make every effort to re-book the impacted charters through these approved providers and not cause a cancellation of your plans. If successful, your charter time and activities will not be canceled but the charter will be provided by the alliance partner at no additional cost to you and the provider will provide comparable level services as part of our agreements with the approved the tour operators.

    Refunds are processed by a third party. Processing time varies by the banking institution. Please allow 3-10 days for funds to be returned to the method of payment provided at the time of booking.

  • Yes, we are proud to offer a spacious private restroom in our protected cabin complete with running fresh water.  We feel this is an extremely valuable feature that you will not find with many day charter vessels in the U.S. Virgin Islands.  You will have the luxury of 100% privacy for changing as well has freshwater shower options for rinsing off the salt water post snorkeling.

Fun Fact – On a boat the restroom is referred to as “The Head.”  This term dates back to sailing ships in which the toilet area for crew was located at the head or bow of the ship.

While every trip can be customized to fit our customer’s desires, the standard items that are included in each of our charters are listed below.

  • A freshly cleaned and inspected vessel to ensure safe and reliable transportation for each trip.
  • Stocked cooler overflowing with fresh ice, bottled water, and assorted sodas.  Guests are welcome to bring additional beverages to enjoy on your cruise.
  • A mix of snacks that include chips, cookies, crackers, popcorn and local treats (subject to availability)  Guests are welcome to bring food but keep in mind the vessel does not have traditional refrigeration or means of cooking.
  • Water Toys which include foam noodles, rafts, and complimentary professional quality snorkeling gear.  If guests prefer, brand new snorkel sets are available for purchase (subject to availability).

Of course we do!
