FARES AND PRICES
All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and ticket(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advise otherwise. New information.
YOUR TICKET AND DEPARTURE POINT
Please present your ticket to the Charter Captain or his designee at departure point of your tour. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours.
WAIVERS
Please be advised that all passengers that will be traveling on any BamaBreeze Charters, LLC owned vessel will be required to sign a waiver. There are no exceptions to this requirement. It is recommended that guest read and submit their waiver in advance.
AVAILABILITY
The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.
IMPORTANT
We request that you carefully check the dates on your ticket and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.
DEPOSITS
- We request that all partial payments or deposits used to hold a booking date be paid in full 14 days prior to the scheduled charter date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any cancellation declared by the BamaBreeze Charter’s Captain due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical or electrical issues with boat, or other condition which Captain deems a company initiated cancellation is necessary: You will have option to reschedule on any available future date or receive 100% refund with no administration fees or penalties of any kind applied.
- Cancellation of charters due to changes to port of calls by cruise line are refunded without penalty.
- Cancellation of charters booked through third party affiliate providers (TripAdvisor, Viator, Expedia, etc.) are per contractually negotiated refund policies).
- Currently guests who book through TripAdvisor, Viator and Expedia are entitled to cancel their reservations without penalty so long as there is 48 hours or more remaining before the published departure time.
- Cancellation of charters booked through affiliate providers (TripAdvisor, Viator, Expedia, etc.) are refunded by those entities and not BamaBreeze Charters.
- Tickets for Special Events or Special Attractions are non-refundable.
- Any prearranged Airport, Limousine or Coach – transfer services are non-refundable.
- Note that while most refunds occur within 3 days, it may take up to 8 business days to receive your refund due to processing depending on method of payment, date of payment and processing time of financial institutions involved in the transaction.
- For those who paid with cash, you will be reimbursed with cash, money order or PayPal depending on your location.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to charter for any refund to be given.
- For cancellations which are less than 48 hours prior to charter will not be entitled to any refund.
